An inefficient marketplace has developed in BITCOIN, where large pools of capital are seeking sellers with significant Bitcoin positions; or large sellers of Bitcoin are seeking large buyers.   

When markets are efficient it’s easy to buy or sell. An example of an efficient marketplace is the New York  and London Stock Exchange with efficient bids/offers and trades that are seamless.

In the unregulated and often secretive BITCOIN market, dozens of organizations and hundreds of web sites offer the opportunity to transact the purchase or sale of smaller or even fractional amounts of BITCOIN, at your own risk. However, there are no centralized locations to close large transactions. 

The BITCOIN marketplace is disorganized. Bids and Offers are not consolidated. Price Discounts from 2% to 10% are offered and often expected to encourage buyer and seller to move forward.  Detailed procedures come from buyers and sellers. NDA's and Non-circumvent documents are often expected to be signed without proof of either funds or Bitcoin; each side attempting to protect themselves or gather information from the other.
